Just days after the Lionesses won the Euros AGAIN this summer, the FA announced this season’s FA Cup prize funds and the gap between the men’s and women’s competitions has grown even bigger! So, our player-led Equal FA Cup campaign is back louder and stronger than ever too.
This campaign is so powerful because it’s driven by the players using their voices and platforms for change to improve the game for all.
Delivery & Sizing:
Order window will close on 2nd December 2025 at 6pm. We expect t-shirts to be posted out in the week commencing 8th December.
The FA Cup T-shirts are 100% Cotton, Unisex, 180GSM t-shirts. They're a relaxed fit and true to size. They are a timeless, eco-conscious design using organic ring-spun cotton.
Some Facts:
The total prize fund in women's football has edged up by £144,000 this year with a total of £6,144,000 for the women's game - this is because The FA have introduced a preliminary round. However, the men's total prize fund has seen an increase of £3,662,200 which is not a reflection of the growth of the men's game since the 2024/25 season. This means the men's total prize pot is £23,492,300.
The men's prize is 79% of the total FA fund (an increase on last year where it was 77% of the split) which means it's almost four times that of the women's game.
Women's football continues to grow exponentially, making it one of the fastest growing sports on the planet, especially after England Women won the Euro's (again).
The coins piled up on the back of the t-shirt represent the prize pot of every million that goes to each FA Cup Tournament.
A proportion of the profits from The Equal FA Cup Tee will be split between the clubs taking part in this campaign.
